Includes Water and Sewer. Hydro (metered) and Cable are additional.
Units must be 1997 or newer, 15 years old or less (only for stays of 12 months or more)
" The long term area is an adult only community. Children are welcome as guests only."
Long term people are expected to provide their own internet and cable.
Snow Bird
Five months up to a year stay - $650.00 per month. Snowbirds are expected to provide their own internet and cable. Satellite dishes are permitted."

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. A 1 night's charge plus tax will be applied to your credit card, if notice not given.
